When you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, Microsoft, or Facebook), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not access your provider password or other private account data.
We use your information to create and manage your Mosaic account, personalize your experience, and provide the Service. Your whiteboard content is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly export or share it.
When you use AI-powered diagram generation, your text prompts are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We do not store your prompts or the AI responses on our servers beyond the duration of your session.
Your whiteboard data (shapes, diagrams, settings) is stored in your browser's local storage. Account information (name, email, username) is stored in our database. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You may export your whiteboard data in JSON format for portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
